Fluidity

Buddhist Yoga teaches us to be fluid,

To go with the flow of life.

When you think of yourself as something solid

Like ice, then it’s hard to be fluid.

When you melt yourself with the

Heat of meditation,

Then fluidity comes naturally.

You can always become whoever you need to be,

And fit into whatever situation that arises.

Some might view this as being inconsistent,

But from a Buddhist point of view it is simply

A small but important matter of being polite.
